Oh my goodness! I’m sorry, I see I never added in the link to this one in this morning’s post, was supposed to be a ‘web only’ thing, but I forgot to link it, so I’m sending you a bonus.
This is just a rough draft for now, sorry got some stuff going on, part of the reason I forgot I had to add in that link. Apologies.
Will be updating as soon as I get around to it, maybe even adding a picture. 🤔
Lukas (Luke) McKeen
Luke was born in the late 24th century, to Alexander McKeen III (human) and Marcia, (nonspecific telepathic, mixed Elder).
At the age of 14, his parents died in a terrorist attack, leaving him the family’s redwood plantation and his father’s medical tech business. Overwhelmed, he fled, enlisting for service with the PG, and being a gifted telepath made a name for himself as an interrogator. Through his work, he quickly honed his skills, earning a reputation as one of the foremost on the planet.
At age 17, Luke earned his medical Doctorate on a fast-tracking program through his PG work—a voracious learner, signs up for various other programs, including but not limited to chemistry, engineering and business management, but never completes them.
Shortly afterward he witnesses a ship crash, rushes aboard the wreckage to aid survivors, and ends up meeting Mr Nogard and his wife who is in late-stage natural labor. Luke helps to deliver the twin boys, but their mother unfortunately doesn’t make it. Thomas and Logan, named for McKeen ancestors, to honor Luke’s hand in their birth.
Mr. No’gard becomes Luke’s good friend, thus Luke is quite involved in raising the boys. At some point, he becomes their legal guardian when No’gard is sent on missions, and when No’Gard is declared killed in action after being missing for several months, Luke adopts his sons, aged 8 and retires from PG work to raise the boys and start up his independent medical practice, linked to the tech company his father founded in the city hospital, and manage his family’s redwood plantation.
