Well Jenny, such a pivotal episode I think...so much in play, hidden agendas that become clear to Logan with a painful awareness, Tom feels betrayed by everybody and can't control his anger forcing Luke s hand..wow...
Now, if I am reading correctly, Luke actually enabled Dennis to escape by interfering with Logan's connection, out of fear of what might happen to Logan as he tried to hold on to Dennis desperately? And a real schism opens up between Tom, and Luke and his brother! Not good!
My dearest Frank—you've been patient with me, and I've been quiet. I'm sorry. Life has been heavy, and I've been in my head. But I'm still here. Still writing. Still reading every word you leave.
You're right about the episode. Luke didn't lose Dennis. He let him go. He chose Logan over the mission, over the PG, over everything. And now Tom sees it, and the schism is real. It's going to get worse before it gets better. You're not wrong to worry.
I miss your long comments. I miss the questions you ask, the things you catch that no one else does. I'm going to do better. I just need to get over this… You're part of why I keep going.
Forgive me for responding out of order... I usually address email from oldest first but today I started top first. I confused myself. And don't be concerned about making me wait for anything, I'm not in any rush or need for you to maintain a strict schedule on my account. All of it is just a magnificent bonus to any day that I get to read you!
That you look forward to what I might bring to questions and comments is a real rush that thrills my heart! I can't express adequately how much I enjoy reading this tale again after it sat in my head with just an ember or two glowing. The overall plot construct was still in my head, but so much seems fresh and sometimes surprises. Then you added such a great bonus in the un-bottled discussions!
But I do find that I sometimes moderate what I question in a speculative way that has a possible basis in future storyline , not wanting to be a spoiler for anyone else who is reading from the getgo. But no worries, I will still call out any inconsistencies in character or story that give me pause, so you can tell me how I am missing a back story or a sub plot somewhere along the way, lol! Good fun of course!

Thanks for still being here.
